make up inspiration 

Chanel, bold graffiti eye make up, i wanted to create a very bold eye look with  muted face and lips

These are my favourite images from the shoot, i love how the shoot came out, the styling really suits my trend and i like how the trend is shown from a male and female perspective. 

if i was to reshoot it i would like to do it on location, i would love to see how it would stand out from a background. i would also like to try a lot more styling ideas, if i had had more time i would have liked to play around with hair and make up more to see what different effects I could get. 

The shoot i decided would look best/ suit Tatler the most, so i then researched the layout of the magazine and got some inspiration for how i would like to set out the piece. below is an example from the magazine, i liked the small photos layered up together and the font in the corner, so i felt this would be a good way to introduce the trend in the magazine.

The first thing I did was create a mood board about London (below) 

 in our group we thought about all areas of London and what London has to offer. London has a lot of variety so we had a lot of ideas about our trend. 

we decided to create our trend for young working professionals in the creative industry, we thought this would be a very good selection of people as we could create a colourful trend. we were inspired by the 1950s style of a nipped in waist and full hips. our first research was to look in Vogue from the 1950s and create a mood board.
